Rules of Kiev Hat 2010

Rules 2009 are taken as a basis.

Time of the game — 20 min.
Time-out between games — 10 min.
The game is over when any of the team receives 7 points.

The Kellahan rule exists. If full-back catches the disk in opponent zone – it’s a point.
The rule of double point from your zone – is not applicable.

Time of the final – 30 minutes.
The final is over in any division when one of the teams gets 13 points.

Teams are mixed
There are 5 players in each team. On the concordance of captains of both teams there can be 4 players from ach team on the field. The amount of girls on the field is equal and determined by an attacking team. If the defensive team has less than two girls in composition, they have a right to propose a fellow.

Stall till 10 seconds.
After the end of time teams are playing till the next point. If no one receives 7 points by then – then the teams are playing one point more then the scoring of the leading team. The game for new point starts right after the previous point.

Time-outs
The team has a right to have one time-out up to 1 minute. The playing time does not stop for time-out.

Late arrival
The game time starts right after the field is free, according to the schedule and when teams are ready. If one or both teams are not ready after three minutes – then the team(s) will be fined with one point for each minute of delay.

The Pool
If the offensive player touched the entered disk and the disk has fallen – that is a turnover (a “dropped pull”). Any offensive player can pick up the disk and enter it into the game.
The Brick mark is 10 meters from zone line. In order to enter disk from Brick mark its necessary for the disk to become out-of-bounds without first touching the playing field or out field line till the Brick mark (from the side of the defensive team).
If the disk has fallen in the zone – the thrower can start at the poin of fall.
If you cath the disk in your zone - you have to play from the point of catching.

Equal result
Places in a group are determined by the amount of wins. If in a group 2 teams have an identical amount of wins, at distributing of places the personal meetings of these teams are taken into account. If in a group 3 teams have an identical amount of wins, at distributing of places the difference of the hammered and skipped goals is taken into account. If some teams have the identical difference of hammered-skipped, a place is determined by the amount of the hammered goals. If a problem is not decided, decide by a toss and eat some sand! )
