In oder to participate in the Kiev Hat 2010 Tournament you have to transfer a player fee to organizers. This can be done in many ways as follows:
1. “BLIZKO” money transfer system

We suggest this system for transfers from Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus.
Commission charge is $2
What do you have to do?
- Contact the nearest point of service of the BLIZKO system in your your town
- Show your ID (passport).
- Fill in a money transfer form or tell the required information to the bank clerk:
- Last Name, name and middle name: Pronin Sergey Aleksandrovich
- A settlement of transfer receipt: Ukraine, Kiev
- Amount: 30$ (if the money is sent by 15.07.2010), or 40$ (if the money is sent by 15.07.2010)
- Currency: U.S.Dollars
- Purpose of transfer: Charity
- Pay the required transfer amount and commission charge at the cash desk
- Receive a unique 8-digit transfer number from the bank clerk.
- Inform organizers of your payment via the payment notification system in your Private Cabine
2. “Migom” money transfer system

This is another money transfer system for the players from Russian federation and Republic of Belarus, but with a higher commission charge which is $4.
What do you have to do?
1. Come to the nearest point of service of the MIGOM system in your town
2. Show your ID (passport).
3. Fill in the money transfer form and tell all required information to the bank clerk

It is a momentary money transfer designed by PrivatBank.
We suggest it to Ukrainian players because there are many points of service (all subsidiaries of PrivatBank) and there is also little commission charge for the transfer.
Commission charge is $4 if transfer is made from Russia and $2if transfer is made from Ukraine.

If mugs of our reps seem to be unsuspecting to you, you may pay your Player Fee to them.
At the moment our representatives work in Kiev, Moscow (see section 7), St. Petersburg and Minsk. Commission charge is going to be 1 or 2 dollars.

7. Money transfer via bank
Money transfer maybe done via any Ukrainian bank. Commission charge in most banks fluctuates from 1 to 4 % from theamont of pyment.
